Prints are made to order and usually ship within 5-7 working days after payment is confirmed.

During busy periods, production may take a little longer. If there is a meaningful delay, we will contact you.

Prints are shipped flat in rigid protective packaging. Shipping costs and estimated delivery options are shown at checkout.

Free EU shipping is available on orders over EUR100.

Because prints are made to order, returns are accepted only when required by applicable consumer law or when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the next step.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@pobify.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and print.

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, repair, partial refund or refund where appropriate.
